hit 18-ball 49 to help Maratha Arabians beat Team Sri Lanka by 5 wickets in the fourth match of the inaugural edition of T20 Cricket League at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in UAE on Friday.

Rossouw was supported by Hales who made 32 from 15 balls to set up a thrilling win and stay alive in the competition.

Arabians chased won the 126-run target on the last ball of their inning courtesy back to back sixes from Rossouw.

Maratha Arabians are to play Team Sri Lanka Cricket in the fourth match of the inaugural Heera T10 Cricket League at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in UAE today (Friday).

The match will get under way at 6pm according to local time.

Virender Sehwag-led Maratha Arabians will be eyeing their first victory of the event after their defeat against Pakhtoons yesterday.

Team Sri Lanka Cricket, which is being led by talented Dinesh Chandimal, will play their first match of the shortest format.

The much-anticipated T10 League kicked off yesterday with a colorful opening ceremony.

The four-day cricket extravaganza will conclude on Sunday, Dec 17.

Players taking part in the tournament were drafted into six teams namely Pakhtoons, Team Sri Lanka Cricket, Punjabi Legends, Kerala Kings, Bengal Tigers and Maratha Arabians.

The six teams have been divided into two groups of three apiece, with Group A consisting of Bengal Tigers, Kerala Kings and Punjabi Legends while Group B having Maratha Arabians, Pakhtoon and Team Sri Lanka Cricket.

Each game will take approximately 90 minutes to finish which is half the length of a T20 fixture.
